A delegation from the Orenburg city administration visited Perm

A delegation from Orenburg visited Perm, including Albert Yumadilov, Acting Mayor of Orenburg; Vladimir Girin, Deputy Mayor for Urban Development, Land Issues, and Road Management; and Maxim Lash, Deputy Head of the Orenburg City Administration's Department of Housing and Public Utilities.

As part of the business program, the Perm and Orenburg administrative teams exchanged management experiences and discussed municipal issues in a wide range of areas. Their tour of the city began with a tour of landmarks and attractions. The guests visited the Iltyuzion Museum, the monument to the Heroes of the Soviet Military District, smart bus stops, the "Perm – City of Labor Valor" stele, and the Kama River embankment.

A meeting with Mayor Eduard Sosnin was also held at the Perm administration. During the meeting, the participants discussed a number of issues related to urban management and public amenities, and also exchanged experiences.

Later in the program, the delegation toured the esplanade's improvements and visited the Balatovo Eco-Park, where improvements were made to the main walkway, children's and sports playgrounds, a skate park, a pump track, lighting, video surveillance, and landscaping. Furthermore, the delegation toured another section of the Green Ring project—the Permian Period landscape park. The park's name, chosen for its discovery of copper-bearing sandstone outcrops of the Ufa stage of the Permian system, underscores the uniqueness of this area.
